PAST: Historic eaux-de-vie, inherited from our previous Master Blender, which have been resting in our cellars until today.

PRESENT: St-Rémy Signature. The most recent St-Rémy creation and its unique double maturation.

FUTURE: St-Rémy finished in Acacia wood. This is our Master Blender's latest experimentation, as she always keeps an eye on innovation.

Appearance

Luminous dark amber with mahogany glints.

Nose

A complex nose dominated by woody notes of green and digested wood, as well as oak and exotic wood, and tonka bean, followed by aromas of orchard fruits (plum, apple, pear). Gourmet finish of honey, mocha, toffee, bourbon vanilla, nuts (almond, walnut) and spices (nutmeg and pepper).

Palate

Starting with a woody sensation, the palates offers savors of vanilla, spices, brioche and pastry, almond, with smokiness and a hint of astringency offering a long finish.

Body

Intense and fantastically complex, this 140th Anniversary Limited Edition is easy to drink thanks to its nice sweetness. The ageing aromas of wood dominate and progressively evolve toward gourmet notes.
